Shipping and Return Service
 
PhotoQueen is dedicated to reliable delivery and convenient returns!
 
PhotoQueen knows how it feels to wait for a stylish accessory and keeps ample stock (unless otherwise indicated) to help minimise waiting times. 
 
1. Delivery
Orders placed on www.photoqueen.eu or www.photoqueen.de are dispatched from our warehouse in Germany, and can be delivered to most destinations. 
 
We usually ship one working day (Mondays – Fridays except on German public holidays) after we have accepted your order. We cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates. For more remote locations, please allow a little longer for delivery. 
 
1.1 Domestic (Germany)
Standard delivery charges: € 3.90
 
1.2 EU destinations
Most European destinations can be selected in our online shop. If your country is not listed, kindly use our contact form or e-mail us here: contact (at) photoqueen.de
 
Standard delivery
- AUSTRIA: 10,50 EUR
- EU ZONE 1: 12,90 EUR for the following countries: Great Britain, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Luxembourg, Holland, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary
- EU ZONE 2: 14,90 EUR for the following countries: Switzerland, Irland, Finnland, Portugal, Greece, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Rumania and Bulgaria
- Norway: 24,90 EUR.
 
 
1.3 Outside the EU (Switzerland)
Note: The actual price charged to customers outside the European Union will be subject to the applicable exchange rates. Swiss customers will also be liable for any customs/import duty, and other local requirements like Swiss VAT of 8% (German VAT will not be charged). These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. 
 
1.4 International destinations (outside the EU)
We can ship to most destinations outside the European Union for which country-specific delivery charges apply. Note: The actual price charged to customers outside the European Union will be subject to the applicable exchange rates. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, including charges like import duty and VAT, all of which are paid by the recipient of the parcel. We therefore advise you to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order with PhotoQueen.
 
1.5 Express delivery

2. Returns and refunds
We guarantee to refund any item purchased on PhotoQueen’s online shop that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a non-used condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
 
2.1 Returns from Germany
Use the enclosed returns label and post the package at your Post Office.
 
2.2 Returns from the EU
For the return costs the new Right of Withdrawal will be applied. Returns costs will have to be covered by the purchaser. Please return goods insured. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. 
 
We will provide a refund for the goods, as soon as they have arrived.
 
 
2.3 Returns from Switzerland and international destinations
Goods can only be returned by post. We will provide a refund for the goods excluding any customs/import duties, and excluding the direct cost of returning the goods to us, but you must return the cancelled items to us.
