2. Returns and refunds

We guarantee to refund any item purchased on PhotoQueen’s online shop that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a non-used condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

We strongly recommend that you retain your receipt from the Post Office until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

2.1 Returns from Germany

To return goods apply the returns label accompanying your goods to your package and post the package at your Post Office.

2.2 Returns from the EU

For the return costs the new Right of Withdrawal will be applied. Returns costs will have to be covered by the purchaser. Please return goods insured. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

2.3 Returns from Switzerland and international destinations

Goods can only be returned by post. We will provide a refund for the goods excluding any customs/import duties, and excluding the direct cost of returning the goods to us, but you must return the cancelled items to us.

The Divide Crossbody is a cross between a slim satchel and an oversized version of our classic Bum Bag. Built for all-day wear for all of the essentials and none of the fluff, the Divide is a bag ready to carry gear into any terrain. With room to take large camera bodies in and out easily and a double zipper closure, this bag is a great choice for day trips and events. The Divide is also made-ready for the wear-and-tear that comes with everyday life, as it’s made from our most durable full grain vegetable tanned leather, waxed canvas, and durable hardware.

Unlike many of our other bags, the Divide has a built-in basket with removable dividers, leaving it lighter and more open for anything you may need to fit inside of it (including a large iPad Pro).
